Hotel Shuttle Services:
Airport Shuttle (Reagan National – DCA):
- Complimentary for guests of Renaissance, Residence Inn, and Courtyard Crystal City Hotels.
- No reservation needed, runs daily from 5:05 AM – 11 PM every 30 minutes.
- Pickup: Lower level of DCA Terminals A & B.
- Drop-off: Upper-level departures.
- Look for: Large white or gray bus with hotel logos on the sides and front.
- Does not serve: BWI or IAD.
Metro Shuttle (Crystal City Metro Station):
- Complimentary, no reservation needed.
- Runs daily with two stops:
- 23rd St/Crystal Drive (near Ruth’s Chris Steak House).
- Crystal City Metro Station.
- Same bus branding as the Airport Shuttle.
- Does not serve other Metro stations.
Metro/Pentagon Shuttle:
- Mon – Fri: 6:30 AM – 10 PM
- Sat – Sun: 8 AM – 10 PM
- Runs every 30 minutes.
- Stops: Renaissance → Residence Inn → 23rd St → Crystal City Metro → Pentagon (Weekdays 6:30 AM – 6 PM only).
