Submarine Industrial Base Council

Member Section

Welcome SIBC Members!

The Submarine Industrial Base Council represents the more than 5,000 businesses across all 50 states that make up the nation’s submarine industrial base. Our members seek to educate policymakers and the public about the nation’s ability to design, build and maintain submarines—a unique and vital part of America’s national security structure.

The SIBC will host its 29th annual Supplier Days in Washington, DC on March 3rd and 4th, 2020.

Supplier Days will begin on Tuesday, March 3 with an afternoon of briefings on U.S. Navy submarine programs followed by a networking reception and dinner. On Wednesday, March 4, the SIBC will host a Congressional Breakfast on Capitol Hill. After the breakfast, SIBC members will meet with their Senators and Representatives throughout the day in support of submarine-related legislative priorities. The SIBC recommends booking return flights later in the day on Wednesday to facilitate attendance at all Congressional meetings.

Supplier Days 2019 information and conference materials still available here.

Naval Submarine League (NSL) Corporate Member Days

The Naval Submarine League (NSL) annual corporate-members-only event will also be held at the Grand Hyatt, directly following SIBC Supplier Days 2020!

The event begins with a presentation from Naval Reactors and a buffet reception Wednesday evening at the hotel, followed by a breakfast and Submarine Flag Officer briefs on Thursday.  NSL Corporate Members often find this NSL’s best benefit, as submarine force leaders provide their latest assessments and network with the members.  If you’re not a corporate member yet, there is more information about joining and the event on the NSL website, or contact the Naval Submarine League Executive Director, Tim Oliver, at or (703) 256-0891.
